Greetings everyone,

It's high time we assign ourselves some more CA's for Bear Force II, hopefully 3 new ones in fact.

What is a Community Administrator and what is their job? A Community Administrator helps answer questions, resolve conflicts, keep the Discord clean, make sure people follow the rules occasionally help out event hosting.

In this thread you will be able to apply for CA. There will be a list of questions you must answer before your application will be taken into consideration.

Spoiler for Hiden:
1. What is your name (In-game name is also good)

2. How old are you?

3. Where are you from?

4. What experience do you have?

5. Do you play Bear Force II actively? If so, do you play public play and/or in events?

6. Are you in a regiment? If so, what regiment?

7. Any other information you can give to convince us you are the right one for the job?

Good luck everyone!

General Discussion & Suggestions / Looking to help the mod?
« on: September 13, 2017, 03:21:54 pm »
Hello everyone,

With Marko leaving the Development of Bear Force II he trusted me with taking the mod forward. Before this, as Community Manager of the mod, I always got the question "How can I help out the mod". Well, you couldn't really, everything was being taken care of. But now you can! I'll be updating this post regularly with topics the mod could use your help with! The only requirement is that you can contact me. This would either be on Steam or Discord.

Now then to the task at hand. Some topics will require some experience within that topic, but otherwise, you can be a complete beginner to the game and still help out if you've got the patience and dedication to help out the mod! Here is a list of topics the mod could use help with:

- Map making (Doesn't require any experience. Only patience and dedication)
- 3D modeling (Requires moderate experience in such topic)
- Soundtrack creating (Requires moderate experience in such topic)
- Regiment recruiter (No experience other than being able to contact people is necessary)

Contact me if you would like to help out with any of the above! I'll show you around and tell you what exactly we need!

General Discussion & Suggestions / Helping the new players
« on: June 04, 2017, 11:39:47 am »
Hello everyone,

I wanted to make a tips and tricks video for some new players of Bear Force II. Bear Force II can have a hard system to master, and I think giving the new players an insight as to how more experienced players play will help grow the community as a whole.

My question to you guys is if you would be willing to help me set up a set of tips or tricks you would give a new player of Bear Force II. Think for example of a tip to counter a certain glitch. Or what to do in a certain situation.

Thank you in advance to anyone replying to this topic.

General Discussion & Suggestions / NA Community trainings
« on: May 17, 2017, 10:05:13 am »
Hello everyone,

As community manager I want to help the community best I can, I came up with the idea of hosting Community trainings, in which new clans can get a nice training of how the mod works instead of being thrown in against the best of the NA community without training. It might also be a nice way of getting the community closer to each other. A time and date will be settled upon on a later date and before we settle on a date I want to get together a team of volunteers to help train the new regiments. Ofcourse this training will require the full support of all the new clans. As an addition to these trainings I will also make a set of tutorial videos for those that are interested in it.

Requirements for becoming a trainer:
- Able to speak basic english
- A microphone
- At least 4 months of experience in the mod

EDIT: Roster of trainers so far:
- Akreal
- Eye4567

Hello everyone,

Me and my colleagues of the BNS Community Management want your help in moderating the Bearforce II Discord.

- As moderator a certain professional attitude is required
- Age above 15
- Ability to speak/write English
- High amount of activity
- Basic knowledge about the mod
- Motivation
- Past experience

Do you think you are up for it? Tell us why we should take you for our team and make sure you let use know what your name is ingame and if you are playing in a regiment. 3 people will be picked on 15-04-2017. Thank you all for helping!

General Discussion & Suggestions / Bearforce II Scenario team!
« on: March 23, 2017, 07:04:01 pm »
Hey there, I want to start a team to help me think about nice ideas we could do for events, mostly scenario ideas. Ofcourse we want it to be balanced, fun and something different than a normal event. So we'll not just be thinking about ideas but also how it all works. Want to join? Add BNS Mark on steam. We'll do regular meetings to talk about ideas. Or you can throw around ideas in the steam group. Want to throw around ideas but don't commit yourself to a group? Join the Discord!
